Policies of Trapiche Eco Amazon Lodge

Check-in e Check-out To ensure organization and comfort, please note the following check-in and check-out times:

Check-in: from 1:00 PM.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that unexpected events may occur. Therefore, our policies are designed to balance flexibility with operational sustainability.

Rescheduling:
Rescheduling is possible up to 10 days prior to check-in. In this case:
- 90% of the paid amount will be converted into credit for use within 12 months.
- 10% will be retained as a penalty.
- If the new package is of higher value, the difference must be paid at the time of the change.
  Packages of lower value do not result in a refund of the difference.
  Subject to availability at the Lodge.
Cancellation:
For cancellations, the following conditions apply:
- Up to 7 days after purchase: Full refund within 7 business days (transaction fees deducted).
- Up to 30 days before check-in: 20% penalty, with the remaining balance refunded within 30 business days.
- Between 30 and 8 days before check-in: 40% penalty, with the remaining balance refunded within 30 business days.
- Less than 7 days or no-show: 80% penalty, with the remaining balance refunded within 30 business days.

Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters) preventing operations, the amount paid will be converted into credit valid for 24 months, subject to availability.

Note: Costs for airfares or other external expenses are not the responsibility of the Lodge.

Packages and Experiences: We offer packages ranging from 3 to 7 days, tailored to the guests' preferences. These include:

Accommodation with private rooms (air conditioning or fan and bathroom).
Full meals (beverages not included).
Transfers from Manaus to the Lodge and back at regular times (departure: 8:00 AM; return: 3:00 PM).
Guided tours according to the chosen package.

Additional Services

Bilingual Guide (Portuguese and English): R$ 200.00 per night.
Extra Transportation (7 AM to 4 PM): R$ 500.00, subject to scheduling.

Items Not Included:

Beverages and snacks outside of meals.
Additional tours or activities not listed in the package.
Souvenirs and personal expenses.
Medical assistance or travel insurance.

Child Policy:

Children up to 5 years old: Free of charge when sharing accommodation with two paying adults.
Children from 6 to 12 years old: 50% discount on the accommodation rate when sharing with two paying adults.
Children aged 13 and over: Considered adults and subject to the full rate.
Please note that children's activities and tours will be subject to availability and may require additional considerations for safety and age appropriateness.

Payment Policy:

Initial deposit: 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
Balance: to be paid upon check-in, including any additional services or extras contracted.

Payment Methods:

For Brazilians:
Credit card (1x payment)
Pix or bank transfer

For Foreigners:
Credit card
Cash payment in BRL
Wise and PayPal (for international payments)

Check-in e Check-out

Regular transportation departs from Manaus in the morning and returns from the Lodge in the afternoon.
Check-in: Present a valid ID and sign the Terms of Responsibility.
Check-out: Vacate the room by 10 AM. Any extras must be settled.

Late Check-out or Additional Nights:

Available upon request and subject to an additional fee.

Data Privacy
We inform that the personal data provided will be used exclusively for bookings and stays, in accordance with LGPD regulations.

Guest Responsibilities
The main guest, over 18 years of age, will be responsible for the information provided and for ensuring that the rules are followed by all members of the group.
